Creativ Festival 2009 Fall Classes

Please note that in the fall classes of 2008 I had proposed that the classes for the fall of 2009 would have been a Dragon Bellpull and a Dragon Book.

Due to the fesitvals outline of classes they have asked that I change this for the fall of 2009 as several other designers were offering dragons and they felt it would be overwelming for you the stitcher so the following 2 classes are now be offered instead.

I will be offering the Dragon Book as a class in the future but I may not do it during the festival, so drop back onto the site later this year to see when this class may be offered.

As for the Dragon Bellpull this may release as a regular chart this fall.

Enchanted Garden

Class Kit $ 30.00

Come enter our Enchanted Garden filled with the wonders of make believe.

You will find all that is part of the magical world from a dragon to a fairy and even a unicorn. Stitched on a hand dyed fabric filled with a variety of stitches using silk threads, metallic braids and lots of beads and crystals.

A 9" x 9" design that can be hung on a hanger (included with your kit) complete with all threads and finishing instructions.

A 2nd model will be at the show on a darker fabric and adorned on a pillow top, just to show the versatility of the design.

Framing on a Stitcher's Budget

Bring your finished project ( sizes 5x7 to 11x18) and learn how to complete the framing process.

You will learn to prepare , stretch, pin and frame your projects.

Frame, foamcore and supplies to complete framing included.

 
Celtic Treasure Sewing Kit

Note:

 

the Biscornu is an additional design that is included with the chart , but will not be taught as part of the class,

the stitching of the treasure box and its finishing will be taught extensively!
